A Quix Collection is a structured group of pages that can be shared as a single unit with its own navigation sidebar and reading experience. Unlike folders, collections support page ordering, hierarchical nesting up to 5 levels, and a dedicated reader view — making them ideal for documentation, knowledge bases, and multi-page guides.
Yes. You can create public links accessible to anyone with the URL, or send email invitations to specific recipients — neither requires a Quixli account to view. For sensitive content, add password protection, PIN verification, expiration dates, or domain restrictions to control exactly who can access your pages.
Multiple people can edit the same page simultaneously. You'll see each collaborator's cursor in real-time, and changes sync instantly via WebSocket. Quixli automatically handles conflict resolution and creates version snapshots during active sessions, so no work is ever lost.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your content is private by default — nothing is shared until you explicitly create a share link or invitation.
Dynamic Quixs are interactive, live-updating collections that automatically organize pages based on rules you define — such as tags. Instead of manually curating content, Dynamic Quixs pull in matching pages in real-time, keeping your collections always up to date without manual maintenance.
