Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade to Free, you'll keep all your existing content but won't be able to create new documents beyond the Free tier limits until you upgrade again.
Nothing you have already shared stops working. Links stay active, no data is deleted, and you get 14 days to update your card before the workspace drops back to Free limits. Everything returns the moment payment goes through.
A seat is an active person, you included, counted once across every workspace you own — so owning two does not bill you twice. The base price covers 3 of them; everyone after that is $3.00 a month. Accepting an invitation adds the seat and charges for the rest of the billing period straight away; removing someone frees it at your next renewal.
