Billing and Plans

Quixli offers plans designed for individuals, small teams, and enterprises. Whether you're just getting started with a free account or managing a team subscription, this guide explains each plan's features, how to upgrade or downgrade, and how to manage your billing information and invoices.

Available Plans

Quixli offers four plan tiers, each designed for different needs and team sizes:

Free Plan

The Free plan is perfect for personal use and getting started with Quixli. It includes:

  • Up to 5 pages

  • Basic rich text editor with all formatting tools

  • Public link sharing

  • Page version history (last 7 days)

  • 100MB storage for images and files

  • Basic analytics (total views)

Pro Plan — $9/month

The Pro plan unlocks the full power of Quixli for individual power users and freelancers:

  • Unlimited pages — create as many pages as you need

  • Unlimited collections — organize pages into structured documentation

  • Advanced sharing: Email sharing, password protection, expiration dates

  • Full version history — access all past versions, not just the last 7 days

  • 5GB storage for images, files, and media

  • Advanced analytics: Engagement metrics, scroll depth, referral sources

  • Custom domain: Use your own domain for shared collections

  • Export to PDF, Markdown, HTML, and DOCX

  • Priority support

Billed monthly at $9/month or annually at $90/year (2 months free).

Team Plan — $19/user/month

The Team plan adds real-time collaboration and team management for groups of 2 or more:

  • Everything in Pro

  • Real-time collaboration — multiple editors on the same page simultaneously

  • Team workspaces — shared environment with team management

  • Team sharing — share content with all team members at once

  • Admin controls: Manage team members, set permissions, enforce security policies

  • 25GB shared storage

  • Scheduled exports and automated backups

  • SSO (Single Sign-On) with Google and Microsoft

  • API access for integrations

Billed per user. Volume discounts available for 10+ users.

Enterprise Plan — Custom Pricing

For organizations with advanced security, compliance, and scale requirements:

  • Everything in Team

  • Unlimited storage

  • Advanced SSO: SAML, Okta, Azure AD

  • Audit logs — detailed activity tracking for compliance

  • Custom data retention policies

  • Dedicated account manager

  • SLA with guaranteed uptime

  • On-premises deployment option

  • Custom integrations and white-label options

Managing Your Subscription

All subscription management happens in Settings > Billing:

  1. View your current plan: See which plan you're on, the next billing date, and the payment amount

  1. Upgrade: Click "Upgrade" to move to a higher plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle

  1. Downgrade: Click "Change Plan" and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access to premium features until then

  1. Update payment method: Add or change your credit card or payment method. Quixli accepts all major credit cards and PayPal

  1. View billing history: See a list of all past charges with dates, amounts, and payment status

  1. Download invoices: Click "Download" next to any billing entry to get a PDF invoice for your records or expense reporting

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. When you cancel:

  • Your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period

  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan

  • Your pages and collections are preserved, but if you have more than 5 pages, you won't be able to create new ones until you're under the limit

  • Shared links continue to work for existing shares

  • You can re-subscribe to any plan at any time to restore full access

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try Pro or Team features before committing?

Yes! Quixli offers a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan for all new accounts. No credit card required. You can also request a Team plan trial by contacting [email protected].

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. All pages, collections, and files are preserved. However, some features become unavailable (like advanced analytics or real-time collaboration), and storage limits apply. If you exceed the lower plan's storage limit, you'll need to reduce your stored files before you can upload new ones.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Yes. Quixli offers a 50% discount on Pro and Team plans for verified nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact [email protected] with proof of your organization's status to apply.
